REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We aim towards providing excellent customer service to our esteemed customers.
However, all products purchased from us are non refundable, this is due to the nature of our products.
We are happy for customers to apply for return and exchange within 5 days of receiving their package and we can only offer an exchange not refund.
ELLIGIBILITY FOR AN EXCHANGE
to be eligible for an exchange, customer must reach out to us within 5 days of receiving the package. Product must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it.
Products altered by opening the packet will not be accepted for an exchange.
In a very rare case of refund, 85% of amount paid will be refunded and this is due to make up for transaction fees, processing time and shipping fees.
Customers are responsible to cover the cost of shipping the package to us.
CANCELLATIONS
Please notify us through email if you want to cancel your order within a 24 hour time frame, after 24 hours orders cannot be cancelled, also, note 95% of the money will be refunded due to processing fees.
LOST/STOLEN/DELAYED PACKAGE
Our brand is strictly not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen if the tracking number shows the package has been successfully delivered.
If package is delayed, we will support by reaching out to the courier service and follow up as required.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
WE reserve the right to modify our refund policy at any time and they take effect once on our website.
We will notify our customers once our policy is updated.
